Pearlettes are girls 4-8 years old who are mentored by ladies of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. to become outstanding leaders in their community.
Amicettes
Pearlettes
Amicettes are girls 9 to 13 years of age who are willing to strive toward the high ideals of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., who demonstrate potential for leadership in service to the community.
Archonettes
Archonettes
Archonettes are high-school young ladies who demonstrate an interest in the goals and the ideals of scholarship, sisterly love, and community service. Youth group for young ladies 14 years to 18 (currently in high school).

The Psi Mu Zeta Chapter's team of Certified Zeta Youth Affiliate Advisors are passionate about our girls and are looking forward to an engaging and impactful year for all of our new and returning Pearlettes, Amicettes and Archonettes.

Our Pearlettes, Amicettes, and Archonette Zeta Youth Affiliate Clubs hold a very special place with us. Their passion for learning, serving others, and leading is simply amazing. We believe and impart on each young lady that she is intelligent, beautiful, loved, her life matters, and she is more than enough.
The Psi Mu Zeta Chapter sponsors three youth affiliate groups for young ladies in the Charlotte community.
